Aloka Yoga, in the holistic Satyananda style, has a profound effect on the whole being, promoting vitality, purification, peace and equilibrium.
Kriya has a Diploma in Yoga Teaching from Satyananda Yoga Academy, Mangrove Mountain. Places she has taught at include Manly Yoga, Yoga by the Sea @ Bondi & Tamarama, and Satyananda Yoga Mangrove.
She has been practicing yoga for over 17 years, and loves watching her students become more flexible, balanced, strong, energised, peaceful, confident, aware & joyful. Aloka Yoga classes include Asana (physical), Pranayama (breathing), Meditation, & Satyananda Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation). Kriya accommodates all levels and abilities in the one class, by providing several options for students within each practice; in this way, students can make the classes as dynamic or relaxing as they wish.
