About Karen:


After working in a stressful corporate IT job for 20 years,  Karen was looking for a way to lower her stress levels. She found Kundalini Yoga and became a teacher in New Mexico in 2008. Kundalini Yoga has helped Karen to channel her ""connecter" creative energy in the community sector. Activities have included fundraising for creative projects, building a recording studio for Wayside Chapel, and managing Justice Crew, winner of Australia’s Got Talent 2010. Currently Karen is working with the Rare Earth Foundation, a social enterprise supporting Indigenous Youth around Australia.

Karen is walking proof there is no separation between our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual lives. Bringing 'Flow State' to all she does, Karen's life experience combined with the energy practice she teaches, helps students find their own unique Flow State.
